NAVIGATE THE TRANSITION: The Baton Pass (Months 9–18)
When the company is ready, we run the search for our own full-time replacement. We draft the job description, evaluate candidates, and execute the handover. You gain a full-time leader who inherits a functioning operation, not a blank slate.
